makes pancakes better...I like pancakes for breakfast once in awhile and i traditionally use real maple syrup on my pancakes but i tried the chokecherry syrup on my pancakes one morning and i have to say i loved it! The syrup is not super runny and it has a great sweet tart flavor, i think it would even have been better with whipped cream ontop but maybe next time! I'd also recommend blueberry with fresh blueberries added and the fruit of the loon is also excellent.
