Great product I received this hoist very quickly after ordering it and installed it yesterday. The hoist is intelligently designed and well made. It is a bit more difficult to install on a flat ceiling than simply screwing to a handy joist, but went up pretty quickly none the less. It took a bit of effort to pull up a 65# canoe, but no more effort than it takes to get it on my truck. It uses a clever and handy clutch to eliminate the risk of accidentally dropping the canoe, but allows easy and controllable lowering. Nice product,a real space saver, I'm glad I got it.

Very Easy to Install and Use Great Time saver. Mounted to my ceiling in now time and handles the load with ease.
