Hardened and tempered to offer dependable use while still being relatively easy to sharpen for the seasoned knife user. Karl Andersen has been delivering 1084 high carbon steel and hand-finished knives to us for years. His blades perform exceedingly well and sharpen easily. Karl is a Journeyman Bladesmith in the American Bladesmith Society (since 2008). Curly Maple handle scales that have been professionally stabilized. Wet-molded leather sheaths.
